At Swaksha Jewels, we want you to absolutely love every piece of jewelry you receive. We understand that sometimes exchanges may be necessary, and we’re here to make that process as smooth as possible.

1. Return Time frame will be 14 days 

2. Replacement and exchange delivery timeframe will be 3-5 days 

3. If refund is approved the amount will be credited within 7-14 working days

2-DAYs EASY EXCHANGE POLICY

We offer a hassle-free exchange within 2 days of delivery for the following cases:

Damaged Item Exchange with the same item (free of charge)
Wrong Item Received Exchange with the same item (free of charge)
Size Issue (Rings only) Exchange with the same variant (₹150 shipping fee applies)
Quality Defect Exchange with the same item (free of charge)

IMPORTANT EXCHANGE NOTES:

  • Size-related exchanges are only applicable for rings. Please refer to our [Ring Size Guide] before ordering
  • One exchange per order – Exchanges are allowed only once per order
  • ₹150 shipping charge applies for ring size changes to cover return shipping and handling
  • Product availability – If the exact item is unavailable, our team will assist you with the closest available variant or provide store credit
  • Original condition required – Items must be in original condition, unworn, with all tags and packaging intact
  • Waterproof jewelry care – Please ensure items haven’t been exposed to harsh chemicals or excessive wear

EXCHANGE PROCESS

TO REQUEST AN EXCHANGE:

  1. Contact our customer support team within 2 days of delivery
  2. Provide your Order ID and clear images of the product showing the issue
  3. Fill out our exchange form (link will be provided by support team)
  4. Package the item securely in original packaging when courier arrives for pickup

PROCESSING TIMELINE:

  • Exchange requests processed within 24-48 hours of contact
  • Pickup arranged within 2-3 business days
  • Replacement item dispatched within 3-5 business days of receiving returned item
  • Total exchange timeline: 7-10 business days

REFUND POLICY

WHEN REFUNDS ARE AVAILABLE:

  • Manufacturing defects discovered within 14 days
  • Significantly damaged items that cannot be exchanged
  • Wrong item shipped when correct item is unavailable
  • Order processing errors on our end

REFUND PROCESS:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • Processing time: 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item
  • Bank processing may take additional 3-5 business days
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable (except for our errors)

NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS:

  • Customized or personalized jewelry
  • Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear
  • Items returned after 14-day period
  • Items without original packaging or tags

CANCELLATION POLICY

ORDER CANCELLATIONS:

  • No cancellations after 2 hours of order placement
  • Orders are processed quickly to ensure prompt delivery
  • All sales are final once production begins
  • Customized items cannot be cancelled once order is confirmed

BEFORE YOU ORDER:

GRACE PERIOD:

  • 2-hour cancellation window – Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement
  • Contact immediately via WhatsApp or email for fastest response
  • No cancellation fees if cancelled within grace period

  • Non-cancellable and non-refundable once production begins
  • Design approval required before production starts
  • Final sale items – Please review customization details carefully

GIFT ORDERS:

  • Same exchange policy applies
  • Gift receipts available upon request
  • Recipient can initiate exchange with order details
